Before I begin, do forgive me for any errors. I am still learning myself and will forever be learning Inshā'Allah.
And for anyone wondering who I may be, no one really
but if it gives you a bit of trust then I am in the midst of completing my Ālimiyyah studies.

Puberty (Buloogh) is established for a female after the age of 9 lunar years by:
• First Menstrual period
• Becoming pregnant (without Haydh)
• Having a wet dream
• Reaches age of 15 lunar years (and has not had a period etc.) - Approx 14.5 years in our English calendars

Minimum period of Haydh = 3 Days and 3 nights (72 hours)
Maximum Period of Haydh = 10 days and 10 nights (240 hours)
Any bleeding less than 3 days or more than 10 days is called Istihādha.
(Istihādha = Invalid Bleeding/Chronic Vaginal discharge)

Istihādha:
The blood of istihādha does not stop prayer, fasting, or intercourse
However at the time of every prayer, a fresh wudhu is to be made & a clean pad is to be used
With this Wudhu, one may pray as many prayers as she
likes, even if during the prayer she is bleeding.

To distinguish between two Haydh:
Minimum of 15 CLEAN days+nights (360 hours) between 2 Haydh
If Haydh starts earlier, certain days will come under Istihādha
EG: 14th day since last Haydh, you bleed. So 14th +15th day not considered on Haydh but 16th day = Day 1 of Haydh

Maximum days - None, you can go months without Haydh.
When did my Haydh Start?
When blood exits the private part
How do you know when this has happened? When you have seen it (Not when you felt it)
Conclusion: Haydh starts when you see it with your eyes.

When did my Haydh end?
End with either normal white or clear vaginal discharge or with the absence of any discharge at all.
So does your Haydh end the moment you see this?
No. It actually ended the last time you checked your pad because from that time you have been clean.

This is important as you may need to read your Qadhā of that last Salāh.
E.g. One checked at Dhuhr time, saw coloured discharge, then checked at Asr time & it was clear. So, from that the last time checked, no further impurity has come,
So, Dhuhr Salaah is Fardh upon you.

End of Haydh
- Try do your ghusl as soon as!!
You don't want to miss any Salaahs!
Ghusl = Rinse mouth, rinse nose, and wash entire body - not a single hair should remain dry. (Including earing holes, navel etc)
Take extra care to wash the external private area also.

Mark down your period start + end date/time.
Incredibly important to know ones habit especially if you were to enter into istihādha state.
E.g. One has 11 day Haydh, what time would the 240th hour be? (I.e 10th day end?).
- There are apps tracking periods! Use them

A woman does not need to feel deprived of worship during these times, because by obeying the commands of Allāh, you are thus doing the worship of Allāh.
Also not a vacation time, so instead in these time you should increase in your Dhikr, could read Seerah etc InshāAllah.

Haydh & Salāh
- Missed prayers due to Haydh do not need to be made up.
- One cannot pray Salāh in this time (regardless if Fardh, Waajib, Sunnah etc)
- Recommended: Each prayer time, make ablution with intention of drawing nearer to Allāh, go to place of prayer ...

Necessary to eat/drink, unlawful for her to imitate fasting person (Shurunbulali)
Finish Haydh during day in Ramadan?
Perform ghusl & act like a fasting person for the rest of the fast. (i.e. No Eating).
She will still need to make up this fast

Can I touch Qur'ān cover?
If permanently attached - No
You can only touch the Qur'ān with a complete SEPARATE barrier (i.e. separate piece of cloth) - E.g. One needs to move the Qur'ān
This does have difference of opinions but to reiterate this is for HANAFI Madhab.
