Most animals are born with hardwired instincts. That means they‘re born with most of the necessary skills they’ll need to live and one day procreate (have their own kids).
If you’ve ever had a pet, cats/dogs etc., you’d know this.

Nobody teaches them how to do practical things.
Take for instance giving birth. Mother cats know when it’s time, where to find a place to give birth, and when the babies come out they know to break open the placenta (the liquid sack with baby in it), sever the umbilical cord (the thing connected to belly buttons), etc.
NOBODY taught them this. Because all this knowledge is hardwired into their DNA. That’s how their brains work.
This is also why many animals can accomplish seemingly complex things without going to school first. Bees build hives. Ants work in groups. Turtles bury their eggs.
What they have abundant in latent skills they pay for with lack of ability to learn non-instinctive things.
You cannot TELL a cat not to take a dump on sand. (You can train them I suppose, i.e. in the toilet, but it would require a LOT of time).

This is the opposite of humans.
Humans is one of very few creatures born without all this inherited knowledge and skills. Humans must be taught from practically 0.
Humans know they’re hungry but not how to find food. We have to be taught all this. What is food. What is good and safe. Where. How.
If cats have 95% instinct and 5% conscious decision making, humans are probably the direct opposite.
5% instinct makes us feel like we know what we want/not but the bigger part of our thought process involve making conscious decisions.
We don’t simply squat and pee. We can wait.
This major difference in the way humans think compared to most animals is what makes humans “special”. Because we are not driven by instincts (only informed by them). We can think, plan, judge and decide. Wisdom.

Wisdom, is what makes us humans.

Wisdom to decide.
This distinct trait is what makes arguments about sexual assault to blame victims so absurd.

Blaming the victims is not only morally wrong but biologically absurd. We are not cats. We are not ants. Our very basis of brain processes are completely different.

So stop comparing.
