Things that I realized that have changed in me during my masters program:
1. Whenever a friend or family member starts talking about a problem I see a thousand possibilities and another thousand explanations. To be honest Iâm not even sure is that good or bad

2. I am way more tolerant when seeing people mistake. I am way more tolerant towards myself too. I learnt to stop criticizing myself harshly and accept myself. We are humans not angels.
3. I moved steps forward in becoming more assertive. This is really reliefing as I have been trying to reach this state since years. I moved fast forward with the proper guidance given to us during my masters.
4. Reading, writing and talking about different cases in our lectures have triggered in me different feelings that I didnât know exist. This helped me to explore them more and properly manage them, which also moved me to more balanced state.
5. Thinking critically about lots of things, news, stories, research papers. Not believing immediately anything that is said. Checking the sources of any news that people share.
I am truly grateful to ALL of our tutors. You didnt just teach us psychotherapy, you taught us a way of living, a way of perception, a way of acceptance. You gave us the correct tools to surf in ourselves and develop further.
I will always remember that email that @GChatzidamianos sent me about an assignment âDare to be yourselfâ. You have no idea how much that empowered me! Not just in the assignment but in life in general.
I moved from a state of asking what to do in every detail to a state where I know I can, and trust myself!
Thank you all, from the bottom of my heart! @MMUPathway
