Labour is a soft left party. That’s the truth of the matter - sometimes it has swung behind left leaders (Foot, Corbyn) sometimes behind right wing leaders like Blair. It swings between a transformative strategy or an integrationist one depending on an electoral calculation 2/3
Of which will be more popular. The fact is Labour will still be a site of ideological struggle and millions of people will still want Labour elected to kick out the Tories. But how much energy and time you give to a right ward moving Labour Party is of course your choice. 3/3
