whiteness as a social construction of colonialism is violence. the "white identity" was crystallized as a way to distinguish between enslaver & enslaved in early colonial amerikkka. white supremacy is not foreign to the US it is how colonial genocide continues to be justified!
incidents of racist violence should not be seen as coming from just "deranged individuals." it stems from white supremacist violence globally. US soldiers bombing countless villages in korea. white mobs destroying colonized communities. US cops indiscriminately killing Black ppl.
