How to invest in renewable energy using Sun Exchange.

Easy as ABC [THREAD].
So what is Sun Exchange? Basically Sun Exchange is like a crowdfunding website but for investors who want to invest in solar energy. So what Sun Exchange does is that as a company it will identify clients who needs solar panels and....
...analyze the profitability of that client having them and how much they will make.
After that Sun Exchange will lunch a project (campaign) in thier website for you as investors to invest in that client getting the solar panels. What you will do as an investor is that you will buy one solar cells for a minimum of R60 each(not a standardized price).

[Solar cell]
The more solar cells you have the more share of the project you will have.
You as investors invest your funds into buying and installation (takes 6 weeks maximum for installations) the solar panels to the clients on a lease agreement which has already entered into with Sun Exchange.
What the clients does is that each month he will pay the lease rate per Kwh used of the sun's electricity (basically like paying for normal electricity but cheaper) by him and you as investors and Sun exchange will share the amounts monthly paid for lease.
Remember Sun Exchange will take a share for maintenance and insurance for the whole solar panels and what is left is shared amounts the investers per solar cell on a rates agreed on.
For example Sun Exchange will say each month you will get 10% of the price of each solar cell on purchase date. So if your bought 50 cells for R60 each which will be R3 000 and every month you will get R300 from that investment you.
(Lease rate are subjected to change overtime to meet inflation).
Sun Exchange from my understanding makes profit by being the head of maintenance for the solar panels and also the insurance of the solar panels. Most projects under them have an internal rate of return between 9% to 12%.
