Since we're on the topic and there is so much negative news, I'm going to share a crazy story from college about a roommate's boyfriend who was cheating and how I was the one roommate who was against telling her and what ensued. Thread coming.
So I lived with 3 roommates and basically a 4th roommate who was always at our apartment. One of our roommates started dating this guy that none of cared for. He was cocky, shady, and always washing his car like we weren't in college
I'll call my roommate who was dating him "Sara" and I'll call him "Squishy" because that is actually what I called him to my other roommates and even to Sara. So Squishy would come over all the time and Sara knew we did not care for him.
So to make a long story short all of us saw Squishy cheating and some of us saw him with other women more than once. So my roommates decided we needed to have a meeting to discuss whether we should tell her. I get to the meeting and everyone wanted to tell her except
So when I disagreed all hell broke loose. They told me I was a bad friend they would want me to tell them. We need to be a united front. But my premise was simple, if we ALL saw him cheating and some of us more than once then the likelihood that she did not know
So they told her. I did not participate. So she "thanked" them and we did not see him, but she started leaving every night tipping out of our apartment.
So then some of us started seeing Sara headed towards his apartment and then one day Squishy boldly showed up at our apartment and starts going off on my roommates in OUR apartment. It was a mess
So they stayed together during college, he kept coming over and arguing with my roommates, and this is why I stay out of these things (mostly).
