Little hours work late at night completed, some daily reading to do then hitting the sheets

I feel way more productive at night than in the daytime. I have so many less distractions the later it gets and I can really focus on my tasks.
Waking up early is good in theory but honestly you should cater your schedule to your own needs/desires. Get your 7/8 hours sleep and don’t completely alter your circadian rhythm by becoming nocturnal but if you’re comfortable sleeping at 2am and waking up at 10am you do you
I like to go to sleep late and wake up relatively early. That’s me. You might like to go to sleep at 10pm and wake up at 6am. Others sleep at 3am and wake up at 11am. All are fine, I think. What you shouldn’t do is dramatically over or under sleep.
Don’t let societal norms dictate what works for you. Find your zone and operate in it.
