Bill Zollars is former CEO of YRC Worldwide, which was accused of fraud and just got $700 million taxpayer bailout

The reason the trucking company got the bailout? The Pentagon endorsed it. The same Pentagon that the company allegedly defrauded for seven years.
Trump nominated Zollars to USPS board of governors in May after he forced out deputy general Ron Stroman. His Senate confirmation in June restored the board's quorum. Trump wants to privatize the USPS and claims it will make voter fraud easy.
No other company has touched any of the $17 billion set aside in the CARES Act for companies that provide critical defense support. Zollar's old company (again, currently being SUED by the federal government for defrauding the Defense Department on his watch) is the only one.
