Happy day of celebrating colonisation and genocide! Quick reminder to all my fellow revolutionaries from the West Coast the lower main land is on unceded land. And it’s not Coast Salish. Coast Salish is a colonial term referring to 57 tribes thus erasing their cultures. pt.1

If you live in so called Vancouver you live in Musqueam, Tsleil-Waututh, and Squamish territory.

If you live in so called Burnaby you live on Musqueam, Qayqayt, and Tsleil-Watuth land.

If you live in so called New Westminster you live on Qayqayt land. (Not very fun fact: the Qayqayt nation is the only tribe recognized by the federal government without a land base aka a reserve)

If you live in the so called Tri-Cities you live on so called Kwikwetlem land.

If you live in so called Surrey and surrounding areas you live on Katzie, Kwantlen, and Semiahmoo land.

If you live in so called Delta or Richmond you live on Tsawwassen land.
