Last time I checked you can go to a theme park on your own, do some rides, have a bite to eat, buy some shit, still have a good time. There is no requirement to be part of something 'bigger' - there is no community - just people. Some are nice, some are cunts - same as anywhere
I've been going to theme parks for decades. I go on my own, I go with my family, I go with people I know. Sometimes I chat to folk, sometimes I do my own thing. The community is a fucking myth - it's jocks & cheerleaders and I don't want to be part of it. I'll the loser over here
I don't know if it's a generational thing but some people are so desperate for validation, like me, tick me, lick me, subscribe to me, take my soul - fuck... where's all the mystery gone? Just do your own thing and don't get bogged down in the faux drama - it's the same old faces
