Everyone wants to replace bad habits with good ones. That’s why teaching hitters how to practice is what I’ve become the most passionate about

Making the test, train, retest model a part of a hitter's daily life (whether they know it or not) is so satisfying to watch unfold
This starts with something simple, like lowering an average attack angle. Once we know the attack angle is too high and what getting to a lower one can do for a hitter’s game, we set a goal, develop a plan to fix it, and track our progress.
It’s amazing to see the lightbulb go off when the player achieves the attack angle goal. Immediately, we start racing through the plan we created, and executed to get there. Then we move on to imagining how that applies to other aspects of their game.
With that little goal set, and achieved, the player starts developing the habit of problem solving and achieving along with a better swing plane.

Clearly, it’s not about the swing plane, it's about creating good practice habits through goal setting and competing with yourself
