Whenever somebody clicks on your profile, this is the first thing they notice and you get sales.

+ Look at all the big accounts, they tweet more than 100
times daily

There are other alternative avenues to driving traffic to your landing page.
Pinterest, Instagram:
If you are good at creating quality images, go for it but again keep in mind that they have a low shelf life.
