Thanks, everyone who didn't enforce safety regulations at restaurants and bars! Congrats, everyone who packed in to those establishments without masks! You are the reason 19 California counties can't have nice things.
Since this is low-key blowing up, some blanket answers:
Protests do not seem to have been major contributors to spread. The virus is 19x more likely to spread indoors, and any increase in spread was offset by people staying home. Trying to respond to as many people as I can, but here's a tip: If you want to argue about numbers and causes, include the source for your data - ideally an academic or health stats site, not something you saw on Facebook (unless it's from an academic or health stats site)
