As an underrepresented person in your industry, would you be okay with getting through interviews/phone screen just because of your gender/race?

I've seen some people say that someone should pass a phone screen because of the impact they would have on diversity
whilst the intention may be good, I don't want to be hired just for that reason. I want to be hired for my skills.

different situations would yield different opinions in certain circumstances, I'm all for increasing diversity in teams incase that wasn't clear
