If There is no operable system that works between the UK and Fr,IE,NL,BE... ports..... trucks get sent home and ferry companies fined for bringing the problem .
GB/UK is a headless chicken as viewed from my perspective.
A bare FTA or WTO are not different. ALL these measures must be in place by Jan 1st 2021 or , it all grinds to a halt. UK may wave through EU produce but that breaks WTO rules. EU will not be ignoring our rules.
