2. The data was provided to @natsecgeek’s DDoSecrets project, who is dealing with Twitter’s censorship of the leaks.
Their account is somewhat shadowbanned — doesn’t come up on top when searching for “Emma Best” or even the whole username.

The @DDoSecrets account was recently suspended after dropping these leaks.

They’re using the http://docs.alephdata.org software to make the massive ~250GB+ archive searchable for journalists & other investigators.
