Fuuuuuck. When will this ever end? We are either too pretty, ugly, loud, skinny, fat, emotional, mean, loud, not loud enough. We smile, we don't smile. I could do this all day but I think you get my point. And these comments are, more often than not from women!!!

Ladies, why do we continue to allow people to define who we can or should be? Why should anyone rural or urban, men or women tell other women how we should act, or look like? I don’t doubt this shit is true that some people judge women candidates more harshly but!.. 3/
As women we should be correcting that behavior not subduing to it. I refuse to give in and tell Abby or any woman to put a damn bag over her head so they can be elected, promoted, hired, invested in.

Inhofe was an insurance salesman (no offense to the profession) who filed for bankruptcy (shit happens, no offense there either) before running for office and becoming a lifelong politician. He flies planes upside down and claims that as qualification for staying in office.

And we are worried about Abby's looks? Seriously, the bias and double standard is real. If you follow @abbybroyles on social media, look at some of the comments people leave, not just men but women! Men would never get the same scrutiny. We are better than this. 6/
If you see the double standard, or if you yourself have same thoughts. Check it, yourself. Or this will never change. Think of little girls coming behind us.. Why would they ever want to run for office with this type of scrutiny? Also don’t come @ me. I’m still quarantining! 7/7
