At the top are what are called ‘The Elites’, ‘The Bloodlines’
The Elite bloodlines are mainly found in the UK, East Coast of USA and scattered throughout Europe. Some Elites sell children in the Westminster Pedophile circle. SRA Au.

At the top are the Elites and the ‘Bloodliners’. These Bloodliners are beings born into a history of Satanism and Ritual abuse of children. Examples of these bloodlines are currently found in Aristocracy and royalty in Eu and Banking and Political families in UK, Au and America

Bloodliners are known to change their surname in order to fly under the radar and let the more famous family members be spotlighted. It is about clandestine behavior and getting away with what they can.

Fiona Barnett says a lot of Australian ‘Bloodliners’ are High-IQ and prize themselves for this. Those who are high IQ are usually interested in funding establishments of Medicine, the judiciary or higher education. They're attracted to power and systems of control.

Some people are recruited to take part in SRA (as perpetrators) from Universities or Clinical Institutes. They wish to loop in as many sympathizers of the elite bloodliners as possible for endorsing their lifestyle of child abuse. They feel it is normal for their blood groups

There are multi-generational lineages of abuse but they are not High-IQ. By not having High-IQ running in these bloodlines it means they are not considered worthy of the ‘Elite’ status. They are still a part of SRA, but they will not be the 'main players', so to speak.
