Anyone here running a long tail covid review service/clinic?
People suffering symptoms are feeling a bit lost and thinking about what investigations might be good?
FBC, RENAL, CRP, ESR, Glucose, CXR, ECG, echo (CT if chest pain?).
Psych support, cos it’s grim.
What else?

One of the big issues is that there is a significant cohort of patients from early on, who were never tested and never went near a hospital.
They are suffering but are facing a lot of “it can’t be covid” because you weren’t tested, despite typical long tail patterns.

The ones I have seen have been repeatedly consulting a GP but no mention of it and come to ED and I see them there.
They are terrified something awful wrong with them.
Once we can explain it it’s better.
But would be good to know if need baseline investigatons if classic story
