A lot of yt ppl see their allyship as an adjunct to their lives, extra credit. Not integral to their being. They think they feel deeply but they do not, only sympathise. They mistake the sympathy for compassion& empathy.
Because if you genuinely *feel* these deaths,understand these murders, it would simply be impossible to post a picture of urself topless and then say "arrest the cops who murdered Breonna Taylor".u think ur diverting attention,but ur not,ur centering urself & ur supposed virtue
