Today has been an especially heavy day. Even with all the Covid19 cases and deaths around me, I never felt numb. Today I couldn't find motivation to get out of bed or even to watch some Netflix
Those of you who know me, know that lack of motivation is
something I rarely struggle with.
So this feeling of utter loss, is exceptionally new to me.
And I know that many of you out there are going through similar or worse experiences.
So I will try to post as much stuff as I can that helps...
1. Adult colouring books are a great option for many people. And a dear friend has had a great experience with them
While it just didn't work out for me
2. I tried poster paints for a while. Did work for a short duration
3.Talking to my 4 year old niece works wonders for me
Have any thing that's helped you out?

Also please note this is for pandemic blues. Depression and anxiety need to be dealt with professionally. I am not professionally trained for that at all...
