Final steps. Tell local residents, because of this terrible neglect, they can’t have their existing nice streets. Like it’s someone else’s fault/responsibility?! Then rip them all up & replace with tarmac! Jobs a good un and hi-ho bollocks to character! #shitscape #streetscape
