The clinical definition of Micropenis is a penis smaller than 2 Standard Deviations from the norm or in the case of a full term newborn any penis less than 1.9cm when stretched. ...but how it is used. So rather than shaming ur partner on the size of his penis, how about ensuring you both seek out ways to achieve sexual satisfaction than be frustrated. Eg, each penis size has a sexual position to which it is suited best and knowing this is impt. Finally,
