Data often needs context. Kroos's 2nd season was half on the bench at Bayern and half at Leverkusen on loan so the Bayern part skews his score towards being poor. No other context really needed.

... TK has already shown world class potential in his 2nd season at Leverkusen, and taking into account what I said about the prior season, his previous performances have shown he will be top class. I would likely have bought in during the 2009/10 season if FI was around.

MO has a similar season score to TK at the age of 20, & also a similar 68% range but using the scores from previous years, its TK I would be much more bullish on in becoming world class. MO is ahead of the average 20yo and is likely to play for a top club, but...

... world class? A small chance. He may end up playing for Madrid, he may move to a slightly worse team, but from my model, he's not going to end up as good as Kroos no matter what team/position he plays.
