The plans look pretty good we think - almost all motor traffic removed, buses diverted from main section, routes for the remaining traffic to serve local businesses. Not sure that painted cycle lane is intuitive to pedestrians or cyclists or how the barrier work exactly.

So pleased that engineers have found a way to fulfill the dreams of @WandsworthTown. Would be great to get a chance to input to details on schemes like this - if you are going in a hurry as we must now, extra sets of eyes will help.

Last year councillors in @TheAlma were listening - @NightingaleSMcD @RhodriDEMorgan and others - when @AnalogPuss told @WandsLS about Waltham Forest road low traffic neighbourhoods, and said we had a chance to make Old York Road properly nice. This is a big step toward that.
