Look at the 3rd (text in image). It CLEARLY states that use of rank after retirement is NOT ALLOWED for Short Service Commission Officers.

Arya didn't even complete his 10 years Short Service Commission. He dropped out in year 6

Use of ANY rank before his name is illegal

This man is illegally affixing a military rank to his name to make money on @republic by cheating people.
