The poll of last Monday was won by "๐•‹๐•š๐•ž๐•– ๐•„๐•’๐•Ÿ๐•’๐•˜๐•–๐•ž๐•–๐•Ÿ๐•ฅ", so, here is my BIG THREAD about it!

We live in a vicious circle of stress, priorities, and urgencies, and especially distractions that conspire to steal every minute of our day.

Yet, all of us, every morning we start with the same equipment of 1440 minutes, but some people use this amount better than others.โณ
What are theirโ‘ โ“ชsecrets?

1) You can lose money and goods in every moment and recover them, but you will not be able to do the same thing for the time. That's why many successful people are obsessed with it and make the most of it by planning every minute of their day.
PLAN ๐Ÿ“‹
2) Your days are certainly full, but there is a magical moment that you should take advantage of, for your valuable activities. The 2 magical hours begin around 5 in the morning; you are full of energy; nobody disturbs you and the air and colors of the sunrise are magnificent.
Dedicate this time to activities of value to yourself. After sport, meditation, and reading, three perfect activities for this moment add ONE passion (also a side business). Follow this routine for at least 90 days and the results will not belong in coming.
THE 5 AM CLUB
3) Use a to-do-list in the correct way. Don't let it become an outlet for everything you'll never be able to do and don't waste too much time looking for the best app, the best agenda, etc. this is only procrastination! Plan your activities in blocks of time on the calendar!
CALENDAR (note: I use Todoist, so I'm not immune, but I only use it as a place to plan, not for imaginative projects and ideas for conquering the world).
4) Help your future self. Carry out today the actions that will allow your "future self" not to transgress. Now take the countermeasures so that your future self finds defined choices and planned paths.
FORWARD
5) In addition to the start time, also plan the end time. Avoiding the burn-out risk, you will also have time for the other priorities of your life and you will remain with desire and pressure to go back to work.
NO STRESS
6) Write it all down. Keep a paper or digital notebook handy and pour everything that comes into your mind there. Your brain is an idea factory, not a congested warehouse.
WRITE AND REMOVE
7) Learn the art of energy management. Your energy is not infinite and varies throughout the day. Get to know yourself and to allocate your energy moments to priorities leaving jobs with low added value for other moments (for example e-mails).
ENERGY MANAGEMENT
8) A single touch. If you start a task, complete it; start and end it, it will take up less time and mental energy.
SINGLE TOUCH
9) Avoid perfectionism, embrace the MVP, Minimum Viable Product philosophy. Nobody will look at the twirls at the bottom of your new guide. Publish it as it is and if you want to make embellishments in a 2nd revision or a premium edition after the first has been successful.
MVP
10) Use a technique to better manage your work time without risking burnout!
I use the Pomodoro technique and I have prepared a complete guide for you!
