Hi @AnninaBSchmid just
ed to ur talk on @PainResForum. Couple of questions.
1. Acute neuropathic pain. R we looking at more nociceptive /inflammatory in initial stages and as becomes chronic we see SF structural degeneration?

2. Sounds like there is still a mechanical compressive component to neuropathic pain (I.e. Adjacent tissues, neurogenic oedema) as opposed to thinking purely inflammatory (chemically mediated) insult?
3. With respect to ur colleague, Karina Lewis’s excellent work. Is there a suggestion that early, low level mobilization (along with education) is an important part of physiotherapeutic management of acute/chronic neuropathic pain?
4. And finally this is more for @Retlouping what are your thoughts on the above questions and how might this be relevant/associated to Centralisation phenomenon in MDT?
@AnninaBSchmid would love to get your response to the above thread? Thank you
