twitter, can you help me?
a few years ago, I read a tweet thread about a failed space launch, that happened because of like the margin of error. There was an analogy about speeding in cars, how we all go a little faster than the limit, and then that becomes the norm

And then the road conditions change (i.e. rain), and we don't adjust the new normal of going to fast, so we get in car wrecks. And then that was like the failed shuttle launch, how they'd been accepting the wrong numbers bc they worked, but unusually cold weather made it break?
I have been thinking about this twitter thread for YEARS and never been able to find it again! Help!
