I am a big fan of utility designs. Singapore has amused me in how these small tweaks have made life effortless for residents. Would love to someday know the design stories/inspiration behind them. A
of observations over ~a year

Senior citizens/elderly have been allowed more time to cross the road.

Wheelchair access to possibly every place available. Really low ramp gradient to allow easy/at times unassisted wheelchair access.
Bus doors have ramp access, which the driver comes down to fold/unfold. Floor height also adjustable to lower the height for easier access.
Live bus stop updates. Although older buses don’t have this, but it’s a great feature for a person travelling on a new route without internet access. Bus numbering also has some logic https://mothership.sg/2017/11/singapore-bus-numbers-public-transport/
MRT coach attendance/crowd tracking, so commuters can board a coach with more space available. Helps with weight distribution too.
HDBs (govt housing) have void decks, for common access. Allows get-togethers/family functions. Has designated personal/rental city bike parking. Every block has open air gyms.
Rental bike commute is super cheap. Comfortable UI app. Also the tires aren’t inflatable ones, so less/no chances of puncture. Ensures mid trip discarded/abandoned inventory, low maintenance.
Bus stop seating facing the approach direction. Easy to monitor buses. Also very detailed bus tracking/seat availability via Google maps.
Commuter card tap devices disable between stops to avoid fare evasion/fare miscalculation. Stop buttons for elderly who can’t rush to the exit door.
Laundry drying racks do not face the road. Gives a clean uniform look to the streets.
Massive rain water harvesting/reservoir plan. These catchment areas have excellent landscaping/sport fishing and jog/run tracks.

Tap water is one of the safest to consume. There are multiple tests and quality mgmt actions going on in the background to ensure bottled waters aren’t the norm here.
