The Uighurs are mostly Muslims, and number about 11 million in western China's Xinjiang region.
They see themselves as culturally and ethnically close to Central Asian nations, and their language is similar to Turkish.

The Chinese government has been cracking down on the Uighurs for a number of years and calling most rivalry “Islamic terrorism”. Beijing has banned muslim parents from calling their sons “Muhammad” and even banning them from entering Mosques ( holy place of worship for muslims)
They also forbade Uighurs government employees from fasting during Ramadan or allowing muslim men to grow their beards long as well banning muslim women from wearing a niqab ( face veil). Muslims have been detained in massive concentration camps with millions within.
Not only are they forcibly brainwashed in to loving the President but also to hate Islam while being raped , tortured , starved , sterilised and killed.
Families are losing relatives and watching their children disappear without being told where they are to be held. They are forcing Uighur women to sleep with strangers as well as forcing children to spy on their families.
In 2018, It was reported that the Uighurs were subject to intense surveillance and forced to give DNA samples. As well as this, it was reported that those with relatives in “sensitive” countries were rounded up and detained. They were put in camps where they -
are tortured physically as well as mentally solely for their religion. It is also recorded that they are put in what is called a “vocational training school” in which ideological and behavioural re-education is run in secret. They are also used to help stop what they call-
“the three evils” “separatism,terrorism and extremism”. Inmates have reported rape and abuse and torture with electric batons as well as other systemic abuses.
IT IS IMPORTANT TO NOTE THAT THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR A NUMBER OF YEARS AND THE WORLD HAS KEPT QUITE. PLEASE DO NOT BE SILENT ANY LONGER.
