@GovBillLee my heart is in education. As a former elementary librarian and school board member, a literacy scholar, and as a #mamaphd of a kindergartener, I am urging you to consider the evidence and use the rainy day fund for our schools. #ItsRainingGovLee 9/
@DianeRavitch we could use your help to boost #ItsRainingGovLee to help secure add’l funds for schools from TN rainy day fund (over 1 billion).
