Every Tuesday we'll be tweeting things to do! It's important to have the option to be busy in a time where time is stretchy and weird. Watch this space! #mentalhealthmatters
1. Online courses: fashion to animation, marketing to AI and robotics. There's loads of free online courses, keep your learning brain ticking over during the summer holidays!

2. Communication: connecting with friends and family can be vital to having good mental well-being. But, video calls can get repetitive. Mix it up with these three things:
a) Video call games: Have a games night! Think about the board/card games you have on hand and see if you can translate them to a digital format.
b) Quizzes: Kahoot or just plain powerpoint. Give yourself the task of coming up with a quiz every week or use premade ones from Kahoot. Share your screen and take scores on paper or through messaging apps.
c) Change location: if you're able, take your video call pals on a virtual tour of your house, woodland, local park etc.
3. Entertainment: If you're painting, coding etc. It can be good to focus entirely on that activity. But, if you find yourself drifting; audible are offering a limited assortment of audiobooks free to listen. And the @RSNO have free concerts on their YouTube channel. Links below
