IF Black Lives Matter were proven to have engaged in terrorism on domestic soil, and were [now] proven to be fund-sourced by foreign affiliates with non-domestic standing in court, Black Lives Matter becomes the legal equivalent of Al Qaeda.

IF ANTIFA were proven to have engaged in terrorism on domestic soil, and were [now] proven to be fund-sourced by foreign affiliates with non-domestic standing in court, ANTIFA becomes the legal equivalent of ISIS.

Assuming this scenario is argued with success, logical thinking brings us these conclusions:

IF Al-Qaeda members are unlawful combatants, BLM members are unlawful combatants.
IF ISIS' members are unlawful combatants, ANTIFA members are unlawful combatants.

FURTHER,

IF BLM/ANTIFA unlawful combatants, THEN they become eligible for UCMJ Venue. MIL Tribunals.

There will be no superstar attorneys deluding civilian juries. Today's Johnny Cochrans and their leather gloves will be sitting this one out; REAL justice will be rendered.
