If you give people no room & no tools to discern ethics in sex & gender & sexuality, to ask “what are the consequences, how does this affect people?” you get a big dose of inability to see power and casual justification for violence alongside the queerphobia you were hoping for
There are experiences of sex & sexuality that bring joy & connection to the world, and ones that hurt people. Refusing to admit one and papering over the other in order to sustain the principalities of white cishet normativity is unChristlike + it’s killing everyone. Do better.
