In their rather toxic ignorance, they don’t know (coz they’re unexposed, uneducated) that across human history, revolutions are led by the middle class & elite not slum dwellers (who are only tools of the upper classes). They need the middle class. They alone can’t go far!

The NRA/M loves to project itself as a peasant led “revolution” but that’s not true. The core of NRA, its thinking caps, were the elite, serious professionals. You can’t have a revolution minus the middle class. The peasants are only tools/mercenaries of middle class!

So, the biggest fallacy is to assume that you can alienate the middle class and have a successful revolution. A Mugisha Muntu or Besigye or Katumba Wamala stand better chances (Post M7) than he who has the peasants as his base. Peasants are tools for a revolution not its leaders!
