i really just need to get this out, but when it comes to underpricing art.. a lot of us artists KNOW we are underpricing we just dont have a choice. the people who are able to price at "industry standard" have the audience and skill, you lot have worked your way up there and-

deserve the money, deserve to price what you think is just and reasonable for your time and work. so so so many other artists cant afford to, we dont have the following and 1 or 2 comms is better than none.

i guess what im trying to say is that the amount of emphasis on not underpricing... its frankly just crushing. im so so happy for artists who want to be paid what they deserve, they just seem oblivious to the fact not everybody has the same priviledge.

im sorry if these tweets upset anybody though, this is all the way i personally see things and i wanted to post it here instead of on priv bc.. sometimes i do just want my struggles to be heard and understood. if it does offend or upset anybody i will delete.
