to start it off, i stayed below 400 calories for everything & i left some out that are close to 400 cal (ex. 370, 390 cal, etc) everything is from least to most cals. this is my first ever thread & i tried to make it as organized as i could. enjoy

ik a lot of these aren’t necessarily “safe” but they’re the lowest cal items on the menus! pls lmk if there’s any other popular fast food places i can add later on to the thread (。・‧̫・。).**♡
i made this bc ik a lot of us struggle to hide our ed’s or stop binge sessions when we go out to eat w friends & family, so i hope this can help :)
