Judges in this country are notorious for giving Black people harsher sentences.

I just feel like this is very smelly.

She was spared jail by the judge because it would “ruin her chances of becoming a surgeon”

If prison was truly rehabilitative she should’ve been sent there.

What’s funny to me about this particular case is that the judge says there were “many mitigating features” in her case to warrant not being given a custodial sentence but she did many things that somebody with a funny tinge wouldn’t have gotten away with.

Aww poor bubba. It would serve no purpose to society to send him to prison for selling drugs on campus
