Thread: Previously, we discussed what an insurgency was, the conditions that allow it to operate, and the elements that make it up. No two insurrections are the same; however, they share some traits and tactics that must be understood to mount an effective counterinsurgency.
There are only three possible outcomes in an insurrection: the ruling authority defeats the insurrection, the insurrection succeeds in overthrowing the ruling authority, or a negotiated agreement.
You may have noticed that in parts of the country, insurgents, (aided by their political cadres in office) have created autonomous zones in places where Democrat Mayors have directed the police to abandon their precincts—essentially dismantling security to the community
Democrat Mayors are “negotiating” and "caving" to the demands of insurgents, demands that sound an awful lot like the line items of the Democrat platform.

This is a Democrat-backed insurrection intended to remove Trump, if that fails, force capitulation that transforms America.
There are 4 tactics insurgents use to increase their power and weaken the ruling authority.

1.Provocation- Insurgents commit acts of atrocities to undermine the population's morale and provoke the government to overreact. Insurgent attacks are calculated and deliberate in intent
2.Intimidation - Insurgencies seek to compel legislative action (demands) through the use or threat of force. Insurgents use intimidation to dissuade the public from taking action against them or provide grudging support.
3.Prolongation - Insurgents aim to prolong the conflict instead of allowing the grievance to be resolved for three reasons:

A. To Wear down and loosen the grip of the government, police, and military forces by generating chaos and showing how ineffective the current order is.
B. To create a counter, shadow political and economic structure aimed at changing the balance of power.

C. Buy enough time to train a militia (social workers) capable of undertaking moderate military operations in case it reaches the stage of armed conflict.
4.Exhaustion - Insurgents and their front organizations conduct widespread operations in different areas simultaneously to tie up resources and wear down the opposition.

They also use the media, technology, and influencers of society to spread endless propaganda and smears.
Furthermore, the military is primarily responsible for external security while the police are responsible for maintaining internal law and order. This is why disbanding the police is one of the primary goals of most insurgency. https://twitter.com/IlhanMN/status/1268945330139209729?s=19
Like I mentioned in my last thread, the military alone cannot defeat an insurgency because of the political nature of the conflict and the requirement to abide by humanitarian standards. Moreover, the military can't compensate for the lack of will on the part of the population.
When a majority of the population attempts to remain neutral in the conflict, such neutrality works in favor of the insurgency.
The longer an insurgency goes unchallenged, the more widespread it becomes. Insurgencies rely on the support of the public (real or perceived) to push their radical agenda and justify their use of force. In this case, silence equals acceptance
The civilian army of the Democrat Party is out in the streets every day, causing chaos, removing statues, and weakening the government's control.

There's only one side being heard right now.

Are conservatives afraid of confrontation?
As I said, in my opinion, POTUS did suggest for supporters to gather in front of the WH in the wake of the fire at Saint John Church.

If people heeded the President's call, we would be in a different place right now. Most of the statues would still be up https://twitter.com/realDonaldTrump/status/1266724553620930561?s=19
Where are the local Conservative/Republican clubs? Why are they not organizing their members to go out and let their voices be heard and presence be shown to support the statues?

By the way, Shoutout to the NY Young Republicans. Staying home isn't going to defeat this insurgency
For example, when the CIA and Gulen-backed cadres attempt a coup in Turkey, President Erdogan (who was reduced to communicating via facetime) appeared on the one network who could air him live, to urge citizens to take to the streets, airports, and squares in support of the govt
Remember, its a fight for the support of the public (real or perceived). Erdogan defeated the insurrection because Turkish citizens were willing to go out in the streets in the middle of the night, jump in front of tanks, and take all kinds of risk.
Erdogan faced an immediate threat of removal and made a direct call to his supports to hit the streets. Imagine if the supporters of the government stay home?

Would Erdogan have survived the insurrection?

Trump needs this kind of support.
In closing, the insurrection we face is one that looks to dismantle the structure of America, not just replace the current leadership. Every inch gained by the insurgents is an inch closer we get to the overhaul of America. If you give them an inch, they'll keep going.
