This thread sums up my thoughts on the flag completely, but this part is VERY important.

That being said, if you see anyone using the Crossland Banner by itself or flipping the flag upside down, they're racist as hell.

I think a bigger question to ask is not whether we should change it because of Confederate sympathies, but whether we should change it because of its connection to brutal colonialism.
