I don't have more info on the detection of Cs-134, Cs-137 & Ru-103 at a Swedish @ctbto_alerts radionuclide facility than has been reported by news. Levels are higher than normal but don't pose a health risk. Here is the map of probable sources, this is a cause for alert NOT panic

At this time there do NOT appear to be other indicators of a nuclear explosive test, such as hydroacoustic, seismic, and/or infrasound data. Nor have I seen reports of a wider number of radionuclides than the original 3 reported. This Daily Star headline is misleading
