This is because of a little something known as your Reticular Activating System (RAS)
Your brain handles billions of data and the RAS, which is basically a bundle of nerves, helps to organize this data and information so you don't short-circuit!
So why should you care?

The RAS basically takes the things you focus on and it creates a filter within your brain for it.
This is to help you recall information and data that is important to you (consciously and subconsciously).
In essence, RAS helps keep information at the forefront for you to use.

That is why when you bought that new iPhone, you couldn't stop seeing it everywhere!
But here's where it gets interesting and why YOU should be paying attention.
The RAS also filters information based on your BELIEFS!

This is extremely powerful (for good and for bad)!
If you believe that you aren't good enough or that you'll never accomplish your goals,
Your RAS will start bringing attention to the things that affirm your beliefs.
But it's not all negative.
You can use RAS to your benefit!

RAS can affirm the negative beliefs you have, but it can also affirm the POSITIVE beliefs you have as well.
That is why your mindset is so important!

Based on what we now know about RAS:
You can LITERALLY manifest your own SUCCESS...
or you can allow your mind to turn you into your own worst ENEMY.
