Hank is a soft conservative. He’s a civic-duty guy. He’d wear one. Peggy might, but it would have to be her decision; she’d say she read several articles in Woman’s Day “and I have discovered that COVID is deadly”. Bobby would wear a Celery Head branded mask.
Bill is used to being told what to do but he would screw up wearing the mask somehow. Boomhauer is a wild card, as is Dale, whose conspiracy theorizing is unpredictable. Khan would do it just to make all his neighbors look like rubes; he’d have some overpriced, elaborate PPE.
Buck Strickland would definitely not wear a mask and it would make Hank nervous but not enough to say anything about it. Cotton 100% would not wear one and would tell about how if the whole Tojo army couldn’t kill him, no head cold from the Chinee is gonna do it.
Luanne would have little tiny masks made for the Manger Babies but wouldnt wear one herself. John Redcorn and Nancy Gribble would wear identical handmade decorative masks and everyone would strain to not make comments about it.
