Unpopular Opinion -> The core problem to solve while fixing education is motivation. Motivation is scarce, content is plenty (4G,Jio)

Free Knowledge is in oversupply and getting better with every passing day.

For success in education, it is wise to pick a segment with inherent high motivation

1. Get in a great college -> fiitjee/ akash/kota ecosystem
2. Get a government job -> unacademy

3. Get a 5X raise -> @LambdaSchool/ @ScalerAcademy / @ Newtonschool

4. Move up in your career -> PMP certification

5. Get a fin job without an MBA -> CFA

6. Get a 5X better job with just a tag ->. MBA industry

It is bad to bank on intrinsic self motivation.

Much better to align on motivation that comes from the hope of a huge step up (JEE, UPSC, 5X raise, career switch)

The other way to solve for motivation is gamification

Though much harder product problem to solve,
willing to take a bet that the biggest K-12 education company will look much more like a game

maybe like @Roblox

Maybe more game designers should get into edtech
