A1: Practice. Notes are one of the things that can become a reliance and a hindrance if you let them. Write the notes out, practice once with them.... see if you can do it without.... you'll make mistakes but thats fine. the next...

practice will be a bit better, and the one after better still. Also don't stress about saying exactly what is in your script. we write different to how we speak, so by practicing spoken (out loud) you will inevitably change words and phrases... again this is OK. it
its the meaning that matters not the exact words you use to get there. Practice like this will help you learn it. But you do have to take the brave step and put the notes down.

Q2: How do you stay energetic throughout a presentation?
A2: First up, physical energy isn't the only way. You can be a brilliant presenter and be quiet and considered if that is more you - you've got to find your own persona.
Personally, I just "push" through it.

Its a bit like going to a dinner party or networking and having to be polite to everyone, you keep up the persona while you need it. then crash.
I also feed off the audience, I take a lot of my personal "bounce" from how people respond. its one of the things that is hard to cam
