Mixed feelings about RLB's sacking but many of those blue ticks and MPs calling her sacking disgraceful need cast their minds back to the everyday occurance of similar incidents that have made Labour a home for those who indulged crank conspiracies about Jews/Israel.
One example:
2018, it came to light Corbyn on Iranian state TV - an outlet which has published Holocaust denial - had expound a conspiracy theory: "the hand of Israel" was behind a terrorist attack *on Israeli soil*. A false flag. Straight up antisemitic conspiracism. https://twitter.com/TheGolem_/status/1090995559786266624?s=19
What did those who are furious at RLB'S sacking do? Stayed silent, ignored Jewish protestations or even excused it. Making it fine for others to do the same. Rinse and repeat this for five years and we are where we are now. Starmer decides to make a huge statement.
Some of those most furious need look to themsleves before others.

Ironically, the effect of justifying or excusing every single thing Corbyn did in relation to antisemitism inevitably played it's part in Starmer's somewhat arbitrary decision they are so incandescent about.
