(I m a practitioner & hv been living Ayurveda 365X24X7 from 2003),
So I think I qualify to comment on the stuffs related with #Ayurveda.

Salt > Sugar

Can we avoid anyone of them in our #Food?
Never.
We use #salt to make soup & #sugar to make sweets.
Even the best quality salt can't be used to make GulabJamun,
& it does never downgrade importance/ quality of the salt..+

I send #Ayurveda medicines (Bitter kadha, pudiya etc.) 2 the topmost Allopathic doctors all over India & abroad as well.
& on the other side
I also consult them for allopathic consultation & medication whenever required.
They refer patients 2 me & I refer pt. 2 them..+
