can we be real for a second

if you (quite rightly) have criticisms of D&D, but spend all your time trashing it instead of offering any attractive alternatives, then all you are really doing is driving people away from ttrpgs altogether
and fyi to offer alternatives does not mean crying out "play something else" every 10 seconds it means staking your flag to other systems and being held accountable for that recommendation if those systems are subsequently found wanting
It's very easy to tear things apart, but it's very hard to offer constructive alternatives. And as people filter away from D&D to play the things you like, they are going to have criticisms of those too
lots of ttrpgs classically offered as alternatives either share many of D&Ds flaws, or have entirely different but substantial problems (most frequently a complete lack of accessibility) and I think we need to face up to that as well as we move forward
if you finally convince me D&D is awful and horrible and irredeemable without convincing me that what you have to offer instead is better then fuck it I'm off to play video games lol
